What is Article 20 in Indian constitution in Hindi?

संविधान के भाग-III के Article 20 (Article 20 in Hindi Constitution of India) की चर्चा करेंगे | अनुच्छेद 20 के अंतर्गत उन व्यक्तियों को जिन पर अभियोग लगाया गया है, को संवैधानिक संरक्षण प्रदान किया गया है ।
अनुच्छेद (20) (1) के अनुसार किसी भी व्यक्ति को तबतक अपराधी नहीं कहा जा सकता जबतक उसने अपराध के समय में लागू किसी भी कानून का उल्लंघन न किया हो या किसी भी कानून को तोडा ना हो |
अनुच्छेद 20 (2) के अन्तर्गत यह नियम है कि किसी भी नागरिक को एक अपराध के लिए केवल एक बार ही दंडित किया जा सकता है; उसे एक बार से अधिक दण्डित नहीं किया जा सकता है । अनुच्छेद 20 (3) के अनुसार किसी व्यक्ति को खुद के खिलाफ गवाह बनने के लिए मजबूर नहीं किया जा सकता है।
